Gentlemen,

JRT, \:D

I have not yet ventured over the border but have sent Olga on a recconaissance mission and need some detailed intelligence before attack plans are laid. Before she returns we can expect that quite a few Scots will also be laid. Hope it doesn't delay the required information.
She is disguised as an innocent sheperdess and will be accompanied by her crook. That's a type of staff which they use and is not a reference to Hymey Goldenberg.

A Hurricane cast as a 109 you say. That's like Jesus of Nazareth being played by Joe Pesci. That stirs a dim memory, and let's face it, most of 'em are dim nowadays. I seem to remember this dreadful epic with a cornball ending - must be the same one.

Found an absorbing but grim website today. The lot of a test pilot is to explore unknown territory in the development of aircraft. They are aware of the risks which are many. So why do they do it?
It must be that the love of flight transcends all fear of that dreadful finality of impact with the ground.
The site is still under development but is well worth a visit:

The main title heading is followed by a most fitting quote from Coleridge.

'Find your enemy and shoot him down - everything else is unimportant.'
