First of all, that's Basilica of St. Remi, there's only one cathedral in Reims, and that one is devoted to Our Lady (Notre Damme--same as in Paris). Second, the adjacent buildings marked as I, should be the former abbey of St. Remi, now museum, built from the middle ages to the 18th century. For number II I'm not that certain but from other pictures I've found on the net it looks quite old. I hope our French friends can help you more.
