My mother is long since dead mate but you would have liked her, I try to keep her memory alive she used to take me to Mothers Meetings at the Catholic Mothers Guild when the world was young. Little enamel brooch they all used to wear. No not the Stepford Wives this lot was Catholics I just told you \:\)

She took me around to meet the daughters of her mother colleagues that's how I got started down the love road so early. Make them laugh and you're halfway there she used to say. Mind you she was quite bonkers \:\)

I think of Mothers Meetings as the friendliest of forums but that's just me. I hate to use the girly word so I lay it on the Mothers they can take it they'd be agreeing and nodding yes we know what you mean Ming these people who jump in feet first and then retire hurt wishing they'd not been the ones who'd brought up certain things.
