Pro Pedal springs to Fighterstick

I would like to see a comparable, picture-rich article on how to replace the Fighterstick's soft springs with stiffer springs! The default ones are the only weakness in this piece of hardware. I use it since many years and despite the soft springs I think it is fantastic.
