no - why should I ?

I am adding Il-2 to the website

as I mentioned many times before, LOF it is a community website and I try to run it accordingly.

my personal opinion is exactly that, the DCS developer never understood that.

You should not smile

LockOnFiles is where it all started for me - would have been a shame if it lost its identity.

Actually, it looks like this.

http://www.****************/

Which is still the most silly and petty thing I have ever seen on any game forum.

looks cute - does it not ? smile

they probably don't like a website that is 100% positive on DCS and where you can find add ons & skins to enhance their flight sim.

I think the correct phrase is 'cutting off your nose to spite your face'.

Just tried to log in over there and got this

You have been banned for the following reason:
For a warning level of 60% you have been suspended for 1 month.

Not sure what I even asked that got me kicked. What a terrible attitude.

any reason is a good reason when you want to do it biggrin

banning is quite an expensive exercise - every time a developer bans a costumer , more often than not he loses that customer for good and drives him/her to another developer

the reasoning behind that customer decision to ditch that developer being :

" if I am being banned , why I should I spend my money on that developer ?" or at best " I'll wait until that is on sale real cheap before I buy it, never going to pay full price again" ...

not to mention the bad blood it creates.

Bumfluff, it might not be what you said there, but what you said on another board

So very true Tom.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

DCS my take is they try to string us along for dollars with all those sales they do. They seem content with the cash flow and in no hurry to finish anything. Not wanting to hire more coders or speed things up, I think they are happy to have so many followers and the sale monies being plenty for profit and payroll... anyway they through it all away, could have been great. I no longer visit or follow them, 1C is the future !!🦅💀 DCS is dead for me and a few other pilots, don’t forget guys they fund raised ( a few guys kicked in 5,000.00 dollars each, real shame!!) )with the promise of completion in 1-2 years that’s the joke, they are just stringing you along.guys, also with all their un- finished Jet projects for years and years

Post composed with speech to text, it woks grape!

Didn't know about the Battle of Bodenplatte for the new IL2 series!
Maybe this is the one that will introduce me to the new IL2 series - this since I have absolutely no interest in those Eastern Front scenarios/battles.
