For those who enjoyed Dredd, apparently there's an Indonesian action film called The Raid: Redemption that came out in 2011 and has a very very similar plot. It looks pretty awesome:

Yes, it is on HBO or Showtime fairly regular of late. Pretty good action flick if you enjoy mixed martial arts and gunfights.

I'd recommend The Raid: Redemption to everyone who enjoyed Dredd. It's a sort of similar story, and a great and brutal combination of gunplay and martial arts.
