My Gas and Brake pedals are buttons instead of axis's. So every time I hit the gas it goes full throttle. Doesn't really help on tight turns. And it's pissing me off. I'm about to go insane. Motioninjoy doesn't work for this either.

You're using the Hori PS3 wheel right?

AFAIK the default mapping is for the pedals to emulate the square and cross buttons - See here:

It does suggest it's possible to switch between button and pedal style control but i have no idea how - or even if that will make any difference. Prob worth checking the instructions. Looks like this wheel doesn't have FF either.

can you screenshot the settings tab of that and also the controller program thing that u use for it? might help us help you find what you gotta find smile

Yeah I am. I looked at the instructions you can activate and deactivate buttons. Doesn't really show anything about button and pedal style. And it doesn't. But I got it for 25 bucks on craigslist. If You would like me to take a pic of the manual I can.

And if you look in the screenshot. There is Z-Axis and Z-Rotation. None of the buttons activate those.
