This has already been marked in a thread, but I thought I would give it some individual attention; especially with a lot of bad reviews from Arctic Circle. I stumbled upon this project fairly recently, and I am in no way a naval sim expert; however, this open source project is very stable and a lot of fun. As with any open source project the more hands in the pot, the increase for greater potential. It's currently in a second itteration release. If you google Global Conflict Blue the main page is a wiki (this is not a mistake). The most recent files can be found on this page and includes a patch. You must run the app as administrator in most cases or you will not be able to launch the app.

Downloaded this the otherday after reading it on the thread you mention. Started it up and it looks very good. looks like i'm going to be manual reading for a while

GCB is a great naval sim imho, beets the hell of Artic circle (imho)...

never got the older harpoon...don't ask me why lol.
