Hey gang,
Long time TM user here, first with the F16 FLCS, and then the Cougar which I acquired shortly after it was released.
I really like my Cougar, especially as I modded it a few years ago with the NXT gimbal mod, and hall sensors all around.
I have been using of course Foxy all this time, and really just now getting more comfortable with it. But I do like to try new things. I have of course profiles for most of my flight sims already created with Foxy, and plan to continue to use those. However I have acquired a couple of new sims lately, one being DCS A10-C, and I thought I might give TARGET a try.
After reading up a few pages here on this forum, it appears TARGET will run just fine, in addition to the Cougar CCP and Foxy software, as I understand it uses a totally different virtual way of sending the key commands.
So I would assume, as long as the foxy software has my Cougar in windows mode, then I can use TARGET and it's profiles I create just fine?
Also, I am curious about axis tuning - I have my axis dead zones/curves adjusted in the Cougar CCP - so if I use TARGET, will that somehow cause a conflict?
I may try it and decide no it is Foxy for me, but thought I might give it a go and see what I think about it for doing a profile for A10.
Thanks for any feedback here,
