New jersey's Penalties had something to do with it.
I didn't watch the game, but had heard reports on the radio when I was out last night. One penalty was a killer - 5 minute misconduct. I didn't think the Kings' penalty goals were a strong suit during the season, but last night kicked in when needed.
which spotted them a 3-0 lead, got rid of Steve Bernier for the game (suspension pending), and Sykora for 5 minutes.
congrats to the Kings on their Cup! I was pulling for them to kick the Cunucks and when they did they were my team out of the West. If the Bruins couldn't repeat I was pulling for them...

I'm just disappointed I didn't get to watch more of the series. I got to watch game 5 last Saturday, but other than that I watched almost none of it, because all of the games coincided with my work schedule. I had to console myself with the ESPN gamecast to keep me up to date with games in progress.
