Worked for me (in the US). Even only cost me $3.99 (because apparently $ = €). Dragon rising was fun for a couple nights of coop, for the price of a cheap meal this one couldn't hurt to own either. Heck, Dragon Rising didn't even check to see if its CD key was already in use, I had it installed on all my home computers for a little LAN fun awhile back.

As a follow up: Oh my gentle Jesus is this game bad. Me and my buddies enjoyed Dragon Rising for what it was, a low budget coop shooter, but Red River is b-a-d. The graphics, the gameplay, the game mechanics, all degraded from Dragon Rising. Massively blatant money grab, I doubt we'll ever see another Operation Flashpoint game. Additionally, voice acting was severely below the quality of the original Resident Evil (at least that was humorous). I'm a sailor mouth when I'm playing games, but the frequency and content of the language is like a 11 year old kid's assumption of how Marines talk and work (I realize they have dirty language but you have to hear this stuff to believe it). Red River is comically bad.

However, it was only 4 bucks so I'm not complaining, just warning potential buyers wink.

Yeah, it was bad. Really bad. And I've never heard a summation of the voice acting quality so deftly put.

It's an 11-year-old's idea of how Marines talk.

Actually I thought it was better then Dragon Rising... 4 player co-op was intense and felt more tactical, part of a squad, then the timed events in Dragon Rising... but agree, the voice acting was some of the worst.

Definitely better than DR but I never finished it. Tried it again recently and couldn't get into it.

Played it on the 360 and actually quite enjoyed it, had some fun online games as well (with voice comms which seems unusual on the xbox).

Far better than DR (PC)!
