It is very strange but some people have reported 7217 errors with 1.28C.

So here is a 1.28C to try.

http://www.users.on.net/pam_biddell/E-128C7217Test.exe

Running the 7-zip self installer will create an OAW "E" folder named "E-128C7217Test" with the exe inside it. You can load it with OAW128 or manually copy the eaw.exe into your EAW folder.

It does not contain a new 7217 fix, but the 7217 error messages still in the source code have been re-numbered to help me find the culprit.
Please try it and let me know the exact error message you get.
This will help me identify which routine is causing the problem.

The reason why I say that it is strange is that there were no reports of 1.28B producing a 7217 error. As far as I know the "7217 fix" code in 1.28B is there in 1.28C. It may be a driver problem, and not a problem with the exe, but we need to find out for sure.

Bump for oldgrognard!

Please try the one from the link in the first post, and let me know what error message you get.
