i got a x52 pro haviv a hell a time seting my throtle in dcs blaclshark it reads in game mode but not in rel mode but the throtle slider works well tryed to make a profile in options on the celectiv but throttle whont register in there eather or the buttens
but i did try to use the profile editor and put num pad + and - in throttle slot and it worked but i keep doin somthing and loosing all profile actions in game frome the editor
i am using vista 64 bit home and stick seem to work well in all other sims falcon 4.0 fsx works freat exept dcs blsckshark

Don't set the axis commands within the X52 pro softwar, leave them unprogrammed. Then do the axis commands within BS under Options. Hope that helps. PN me your email and I can send you my profile.

Also, the axis commands have to be done both in game mode and then again in realistic mode.
