I'm still waiting for Hollywood to do a remake of this movie:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0076504/?ref_=nv_sr_3?ref_=nv_sr_3

I'm surprised there hasn't been a SyFy Channel movie yet involving killer whales.

nope Orcaquake!

A massive earthquake opens up a rift in the Pacific west of San Francisco. A mega pod of Orcas uses the rift to gain access to the SF sewer system and proceed to come bursting out of commodes with nasty consequences for those using them. Attempts by Serenish Nobizkit, the mayor of SF, such as; plea's of "just think of them as big gerbils" and "just use the sidewalks like everyone else" don't seem to be helping the panic much.

Details at eleven...

Bo Derek's first movie role. I think she has one of her legs bit off in it?

I actually saw that movie in the theater with my dad. My dad let me see a bunch of movies that were not appropriate for my age!

Dad's like to toughen their male offspring up whereas mothers want to coddle them.

Contrary to what most people think, Whites are not the apex predator in the sea, Orcas are.

So are sperm whales - although orcas have been known to attack them. I've certainly never heard of a fully grown bull sperm whale being killed by an orca...

Lions are apex predators too - yet sometimes a pack of hyenas will take one down. Not immediately and directly in the conflict itself (that I've ever heard of), but bleeding out, infections, etc. Of course that's not predation unless they actually EAT the lion...
