scramble

Gents....the acid shriek of the "Scramble" siren no doubt well served to motivate pilots to man their planes....but in its modern application....WOTR....it also serves to remind the war department that I'm down here screwing around w/ WOTR instead of painting the eaves....I KNOW she's trying to kill me....at 67 I shouldn't be upside down on a ladder w/ a paint bucket. If any kind genius could tell me how to task that sound file to the space bar in order to kill it....I'd be grateful. Almost all the prelim loading windows are skipped w/ the space bar.............any way to do the same here w/ the "Scamble" siren? I guess I could kill the file or drop the volume to 0....but it's all about choice. And I for one value the kick in the ass.....but not on her terms. Thx..

I made two quieter and shorter versions here:
http:\\www.overflandersfields.com/downloads/ShellMusic-Sirens-shorter-quieter.rar

Make a backup of the two files in
C:\OBDSoftware\WOTR\OBDWW2 Wings Over The Reich\campaigns\CampaignData\ShellMusic (will depend on if you installed to default location or not).

Then put the ones from inside the rar in there.
