Is there a tutorial on making JSGME mods?

OK... I'm happy with the feedback and results of Nibbo's new Inflight Map... so how do I make it into a JSGME compatible file? I have JSGME loaded and use it to load mods... but I have no idea how to use it to make a mod.

get JSGME Mod Builder Installation Kit (Version 1.1)

there's docs in there.

"Modders Readme.rtf" etc.
