Beep when pressing any joystick button RESOLVED

My old Saitek X52 died and I've just replaced it with a new one. Everything is perfect except that when I press any button I get a beep in-game, and when I move the joystick to the maximum extent I get the same beep. Is there a toggle for this somewhere I don't know about???

UPDATE: Cancel my last. Exited WOFF and on restarting the problem disappeared. Thank you WOFF gods.

It's because you left the WOFF key config program open in the background.

Rebooting obviously closes it
