Calling Hellshade

I know he has an GTX 1080, i7-6700k, Z170mobo, win10-64, Woff on SSD and running at 2650x1440, like my set up, so I think that can be compered.

Now the problem I face right now is that I do have adjusted something wrong in the nVidia settings. I did upgrade from the HD7970 to an GTX 1080, deleted all the AMD & Intel drivers using the removal tool from 3Dguru. Installed the GTX 1080 drivers.

While playing WoFF UE 4.14, without any mods, I did notice 95% load on one core. Normally using the HD7970 this is maybe 63% max. My HD7970 did fluctuate between the 59 and 45, the 1080 FPS is always on the same 59 FPS level, there is no drop. [btw FPS is blocked to 59 limit]
I always do set the affinity off all the processes to core 0 and CFS3.exe to core 1,2&3, so these cores are free for running CFS3.exe.

Nothing beside the Vcard has been changed, only the upgrade to the 4.14, so something that has to do with nVidia is wrong, I hope Hellshade could help me by publish a screen shot of his nVidia settings, so I can do an copy paste.
