OK, seems alright but need to get a few issues sorted to really evaluate.

1. I have 144hz monitor but it seems to me the game is locked at 60hz, I can tell because I see bad cockpit tearing with vsync off, on a 144hz monitor that is not how it is and tearing is barely noticeable. But it could also be frame rates are just not very high too.

2. I am not getting full rudder deflection on my joystick. In the curves settings if I press z and x I see full deflection but not using my twist stick. I'm only gettign about half of what it should be. I can't take off in a straight line because of this issue.

3.This is a general complaint section. 777 said they would eventually remove online requirement to play the campaign in offline mode for Rise of Flight. Not only did they never do that I see they have added the exact same requirement to IL2-Stalingrad. This is very annoying because if my Internet goes down I won't be able to play the campaign. Other complaint is lack of graphics options but no that important.

OK, fixed the rudder issue. It was caused by my LOgitech utility, had sensitivity set way too low for this game. I do that because in DCS it is way too sensitive if I don't do that. Disabled the Logitech utility and now have full rudder defelection and can take off in a straight line.

Now to work on the 144hz issue. Some games allow you to select the refresh rate and that is how it should be in all games.

Yep, fixed the refresh rate issue now. Use Nvidia Inspector and override the game settings and tell it to use maximum refresh rate if you have a high frequency monitor.

Doesn't the Logitech utility allow you to assign different settings to individual games? Mine does,if we are using the same thing.I have a 3D Pro.

The utility is called 'Logitech Profiler'.Makes it easy to customise settings across your game list.

Yea, it does, but I use a global setting because I am too lazy to have to adjust it for each game I own. I found it is better without the utility loaded anyway and have IL-2 Stalingrad dialed in now. But my global settings are good for some games but not others so should make profiles for individual games.

Nvidia Control Panel? I use Nvidia Inspector and already forced Stalingrad to use 144hz so wtf you on about? In NVCP I have it set to 144hz already but some games override that setting and use their own setting so I use Nvidia Inspector to correct it. I don't use NVCP to make changes because Nvidia Inspector has way more options.
