Can it only be done in the ME where I select a map, then select weather? I'm sure it's something simple that I must be over looking.

Changing the date is the only way I know of.

Thanks guys. I just saw Shaun White win gold in The Olympics.. Now, I'm off to try a different kind of winter fun in the Caucasus.

I suggest you don't try sliding off cliff with A-10C, but if you do at least take an insurance.
