First time over to Cby in over 12 months, blooming cold & too windy for any of the BBMF stuff to take to the skies, Scampton based Hunter was well worth the 138 mile [each way] trip though.

Any C&C gratefully apprecieated.

Very nice. I'd love to see some of that British hardware in person. I love the Hunter shots.

Nice photos. Got to love the Hunter, I stopped what I was doing to watch the circuits, after hearing his sporting run-in-and break.
Such a pity you didn't visit on the 26th, we had our PDA that afternoon and had just about everything up.
From what I remember (the last week was a busy one...) 27th was the press day for the Royal Wedding flypast. Did you catch the formation at lunch time?

Thanks gents,
Harry; the flypast caught me a little off guard, a classic case of looking in the wrong direction nope so all I got was one [poor] shot & one of the following run in.

Plus another Hunter shot just for good measure....

You are exceptionally lucky - I live just down the road from Coningsby and though I get to see the BBMF stuff all the time, in addition to the stuff like Tornados, Typhoons (no Harriers now pitchafit ) and even the odd US B-2, I have only ever seen a Hunter at the Waddington air show.
