Unable to install over TM Cougar HOTAS Foxy. I installed the 2007 software. Any suggestions?

I also note 2007 set up the TM Cougar in devices and printers.. and did install the 2007 drivers for in and out.

driving me nuts...

I am trying to download Falcon 4 and DMS latest version... any comments please?
