I just purchased a copy of operation star and the dvd turned up today. The problem is i am not sure what version i have.
In the top right corner of the game options page it says 5.18(1980) update aug 12. In the game updater i have 4 items
1. addon blau 1942 1.09
2. addon sokolovo 1943 1.07
3. district update 1.03
4. game update 3.09


Am i right in thinking i dont need the district update (1.03) and game update(3.09) that came with the dvd but instead i need to download the core update c1 and update dec 13 . And then install the add ons ??

I hape this makes sense and somebody can confirm the right order of patches and updates ...

No wories i think i got it sorted. I am now at version 581(2171) dec 13a...
