Hello

I was wondering what this game is like? Only found out about it recently. I am curious that it covers so much in terms of theatres ect.

Has any one here played it? What is the campaign like? How is the grapics, it is quite difficult gauging by the screenshots.

I do have Il-2 etc... but was hoping for someting enjoyble without to much modding that covers most theatres.

IL2 is pretty much the bee's knees right now.. modding is not all that and.. and there are a few stock 4.10 servers around..

I used to belong to a squad in Warbirds, had a ton of fun flying with other guys...

there was no complex engine management (which was fine by me) and no external views, except bombers, I think....

the graphics are very dated and i don't see the appeal of offline with this, but if you could get into a decent squadron, it would be a lot of fun...

I still remember the first plane I ever shot down in Warbirds and have memories of many exciting missions, but I would not trade my IL2 for it...IL2 has such incredible content, great graphics AND online play for free...there is no comparison.
