Is it possible to create new missions within EECH ?

If so, how do you do it ?

I'm thinking of a sort of target range for when friends come round and want to fly my cockpit. They don't want a long winded mission flying from one waypoint to another. They just want to shoot something.

So, an area close to starting point littered with tanks, buildings and trucks to shoot at would be spot on.

Any advice would be appreciated.
