I have installed Apache Havoc, patched to 1.1e run the game once for conversion etc. Installed EECH, installed allmods 1.14.0 (Deciding not to download 1.15 just yet)... then Maps, terrain and smoke. Run the game and it comes up with an error on the loading screen saying... Unable to allocate memory size 0 - Windows reports there is only 0 memory available.

My system spec is...

AMDII X4 640 cpu
8 Gig ddr2 ram
896mb GTX 260
3 HDD... 160, 320 and 1TB
Windows 7

I have had this game running with allmods including maps, terrain and smoke before but uninstalled it some months ago.

Any ideas?

P.s, I got both games from GOG (Good old Games)

Try re-installing it without installing Apache Havoc and patch 1.1

Uninstalled everything, installed Apache Havoc from original cd... Version 1.0c and installed EECH and allmods to the letter and still get the same message.

DO NOT intall Apache Havoc and the Patch 1.1

Sorry, mis-read your reply. Just installed EECH and allmods and STILL get the same message. If I dont install allmods, it works. Think I'll download 1.15 and reinstall EECH.

did you install the OpenAL?

Install EECH and the ALL MOD for 1.14 with everything

do not install EEAH and Patch 1.1

Then download this and run it first before running EECH

also another thing: you need to be in administrator mode to play the game,

if you are using an user account, it won't work

also, the game needs to be on Drive C

Is there a chance that you don't have sound card drivers installed?

Was it my suggestion to install EECH without Apache Havoc and then run the OAL.exe patch first?

It was yes. EECH now working perfectly. Does the game have to be installed on C? I like to keep that drive free if possible as its not that big.

I found out if I had it on any drive beside C, it won't save the games or it won't run sometimes.

It's very selective about wanting to be on C.

Not sure why.
