In BO2, I can't create my own emblem tag. It says something in my security is set to block being able to use that feature but it isn't clear what settings exactly I need to alter to allow me access to it.

The PS3 Version has really developed Connection Issues, Trey Arc Said its in the Coding since the PS3 uses different code.
They said a hotfix won't fix it either,, and that it could be a couple of months before it's fixed !
SO I took my Ps3 version and exchanged it for the Xbox ver,,, So I will be joining you all tonight on the BOX.
