And that flaw is the sights and aimpoint jerking from breathing and very inaccurate rifles!!!Tried the demo today, this game could of been good but it suffers the same kind of problem Brothers in Arms had.I have been around firearms all my life, sights do not bounce up and down like that when trying to aim.

That's odd... I had the opposite problem. I thought that the sights were too steady on the move. I used the SCAR Heavy to zap enemy soldiers from about 75 yards away while I was moving.
I'm not terribly fond of the optics choices. The Aimpoint isn't a magnifying optic. I'd prefer the ACOG or Elcan for the SCAR.
The only thing I'm having trouble figuring out is if the .308 bullets are going through the car doors like they should...or not.

I love the demo! Yeah, baby! This is the bomb, especially compared to R6:Letdown. Nice, slow, more realistic tactical pace. I'm pissed off about the one squad control thing, but otherwise impressed.
I'm giving it a 9 out of 10, so far. Still have to try the tactical map, though.

Check out the difference the PhysX processor makes in GRAW! I may just have to get it... http://physx.ageia.com/footage.html

Akwar, Are you talking about before firing? (Obviously, the game simulates the kick after pulling the 'trigger.') Seems to me (from the demo) that the aim was pretty steady until firing off a burst. (And on single-shot, it was even easy to 'recover.') Dunno--maybe you played at higher difficulty level or something. Anyhew, this powderpuff has only fired a rifle ONCE in his whole life, so I guess I wouldn't know. Robert

Robert No even before firing, I was using the SCAR laying prone, the aimpoint goes up and down from breathing at an angle even before firing, its rediculous you cant hit squat most the time and the enemy is deadly.2nd did anyone notice in setting up your rifle if you add a foregrip that it reduces accuracy but improves stability?LMFAO!!!What were the devolopers thinking?A foregrip does not reduce accuracy!

I'm having a mixed experience with the demo.
What it really lacks is the ability to setup suppressing fire. My SAW gunner is not used to full potential. I would really like to set him up to keep the enemies heads down, then flank to get a kill shot/grenade on them, but it doesn't work.
First the gunner won't lay down suppressing fire in the first place and second the enemy doesn't seem to get suppressed.
Strange because if they detect you they fill the corner you are at with lead. It's a great experience audio and visually, I'm very impressed, but when I snap rounds off near the enemy they don't hunker down.
Still learning how to 'play the game' which is a disappointment because I wish I could be more tactical.

I have the current drivers from ATI(6.4)Always keep everything up to date. Ok I have a few more observations after playing this demo longer.Your teamates get stuck on walls sometimes and the follow command is worthless a lot of the time they wont even move forward and stay where they are 100's of yards behind.Id also like to know as said above why the M249 isnt used approitately, squad members also seem to never go prone. As far as the Aim bounce I think its verified to be a bug,a good deal of people are having it.Hope they fix this in a patch,I will not be buying this game until they fix that.

There is no aim bounce, dude. It's a figment of your imagination. I have an ATI Radeon X850 XT Platinum Edition. I do not have aim bounce.
I also disagree with your criticism of the A.I. My A.I. mates have gone prone.
BTW, I don't use the "follow" command. I use the "move" command. I point at a spot and click move and they move.

BTW, I don't use the "follow" command. I use the "move" command. I point at a spot and click move and they move. Why should I have to constantly point to areas to get my team to move, its just totally unrealistic. They should follow me mirroring my stance and using cover where its appropriate. If I have a specific task for them they the option to move them becomes usefull but I hate having to micromanage them all the time. If you tell them to move behind cover they don't use it they just stand behind it like lemons not respoding to anything that's happening. Micromanagement is just a cover for very poor squad AI. I've been playing the demo for about 2 hours now on and off while tweaking the sound and gfx. I haven't seen any friendly AI go prone, even when fired upon. GRAW is growing on me slowly it just frustrates me, it could have been so much better.

I haven't tried GRAW yet, but I will say the one fatal flaw that most realistic shooters lack is the experience of "pissing your pants", where your fine motor skills go out the back door and your hands and arms are literally shaking, along with the your aim.
America's Army, in all it's realistic glory, assumes that every soldier has nerves of steel even when being fired at. This is not anywhere near realistic. But if everyone feels they should have the individual right to be a modern day nerves of steel Rambo, then I guess GRAW's aiming must be way off.
