How do I insert waypoints in a route already plotted? I've been told it's ctrl-left click but I've not had success. Results are erratic at best

Highlight the previous waypoint to the one you want to insert, then put er' there!

Thanks. I've had some difficulty getting it to work, but I think I've got it figured out. One has to click not on the 'flag' but the data field (the time to waypoint & distance) for it to work properly.
