Please excuse the uninvited pimp, but this sound pack needs more press

I installed these replacement sounds a week or two back, and can't recommend them enough, ESPECIALLY the ambient control room noise which I assume is lifted straight out of Das Boot, the background whine, water gurgling through pipes, it really does add another dimension to the feeling of being inside a sub.

I also got that "incognito soundworks soundpack" today, which seems to be quite nice too;

what a pitty the Luftwaffe does not grant its better EasternFront 190D9 drivers a transfer to the UBoat arm
(I need to get more SH3 time I guess, besides enjoying the 4.0 FMs for FB so much )

zzzspace mentions that his sounds go well with another Das Boot soundpack by Sailor Steve, but I've had trouble finding it. Does anyone here know where it's being hosted?

BTW, thanks Skii. I have the zzzspace sounds and am waiting until I find that Sailor Steve soundpack.

btw: how well does it work with, or supplant, Maat's "sound environment", which I quite enjoy?
