I want to buy a new PC:
AMD64 3000+
SOLTEK SL-K890PRO-939
2x512MB CL2.5
Maxtor 160GB SATA, 8MB cache
NEC DVD±RW ND 3520
6600GT or HIS X700pro IceQ II turbo
(i can't afford x800xl or 6800gt)

I'll be playing FB/Pacific Fighters, FS2004 and Silent Hunter III and maybe LockOn

I know 6600GT is a little faster then HIS x700pro IceQ II turbo 128MB, but what about quality?

And i heard about some problems with 6600GT:
Pacific Fighters: white shadows
FS2004: with higher AA and clouds - big drop in fps
SHIII: UZO&particles bug

Could anyone help me with this decision?

I just upgraded my comp and went from Ati (8500) to a 6600GT. In Forgotten Battles I can now play 'Perfect' settings and it is stunning. SH3 is also great. I highly reccomend a 6600GT. Reasonable price, too- I think I paid $175.00 for mine.

I'd take the cheaper alternative, and give the woman one last romantic dinner before you'll be lost at sea ;-)
