Started with this game on the Easter Weekend.

My graphics card is a Geforce 3 Ti200 64MB - the lowest supported for the game. My heart sank after I installed as the config checker stated that this card was not supported due to not having PixelShader 1.1 or greater (then why say the GF3 is supported??? The only card better than this was the Ti500 when I bought it 3+ years ago...).

However, I have now completed four of the Naval Acamedy Exams and grapically all is ok. Looks really good including explosions and effects even with this lowely card.

That's good news Matt. The good thing about SH3 is the very same thing people have been whining about..the resolution. If you have a pixel shader rated gfx card, you can crank up all the details (anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering) and the game looks superb but doesn't really chug.

Anyway, it's good that you're happy with it on your board.

Well, it is time for a new GFX card. That is why I asked people to donate for IL-2 Stab to enable me to do that. Unfortuantely, only two people donated...

I would have liked to have completed all the exams this weekend so I could start a patrol. I have a feeling I am going to suck at sinking ships though

you made the Il2Stab? Great programm. One question. Is it posible to prit the 'Kriegstagebuch' out? After finishing a campaing I normaly delete it. So IL2Stab can't open it anymmore.

Printing has been asked a couple of times but I have never had the inclination to actually implement it.
