I hadn't but after a tip by Rens I did and my video card and my sound card shared the same IRQ!
This is a bad thing and can give many problems as stutter etc.
How to check the IRQs:
Open the Controll panel
Double-click System
Click Device Manager tab
Double-click on the computer icon, which is in the top of the list.
This will give you a complete report of all IRQs and which devices that are using them..
Its OK if a device is sharing an IRQ with a “IRQ Holder”, that's only a part of Windows PCI bus IRQ steering.
What I did to correct the problem was to move my sound card to another PCI-slot and now my video card and my sound card have there own IRQs.
