I've loaded CM11 about 4 times now with varying sucess.I'm not sure how many versions there are out there but they all seem to work a little different.1st I've tried the version from Rob's On the Edge CD,and If I've done everything right I get the CM menu box with no pictures at all and If I go under Start, Programs then to the CM menu and try and run It ,all I get is a flash of something and then Its gone! Its strange too when I look under sounds all I see is a bunch of blank boxes.I have another version which I unzip and install and that does about the same thing. If theres an easy way to put this program in someone please let me know.I think I put Vbrun300 in the right place but I'm not sure, because on all the installs of CM i've noticed a zipped version of CM11 in my Red Baron folder which I noticed on someones page is what happens when CM can't install CM because of It being a Dos program. I would appreciate anyones help here please.

Bruce,

I have a copy of CM11 that i installed and it works ok on XP. I believe that some CM11 zips may be upgrades (you need to have CM1.0a installed first), but i might be wrong.

Anyway, here's the version i downloaded:

CM11

This zip has already got a folder called CM11. Just unzip it (with "folder names" on) under your SIERRA\RedBaron3D directory, or wherever else you installed it.

Make sure the vbrun file is in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory, although i think it will work if it is left in the same directory as CM11.

HTH

I installed CM11 over CM10 as recommended and use a Desktop shortcut to open it. Some parts may be empty because you haven't loaded anything into them.
