When I click on next pilot & the pages are supposed to slide out to reveal next pilot or let you create another pilot nothing locks up but the pages move so slowly that it takes 5 to ten minutes to change the page.
Can't imagine what caused this!?

It sounds like your are either using a fairly slow processor or have a ton of stuff running in the background.

On my older 300mhz system, page flipping was a very leisurely affair... like a bored student. On this 1.4ghz box pages flip with a snap and crack... like an 11 year old fliping through the pages of dad's playboys looking for the pictures.

Those are my shot in the dark guesses without knowing more about your computer specs.

Do the pages in the intellegence section turn slowly also?

No it's not the processor. I have a 1.7 P4
Voodo04, 256 ram.
The pages that flip like those in a book move very fast indeed. Really surprised me the 1st time.

these are the pages that slide out from the binding when creating a new pilot.
I may have to reinstall, but will try taking out patches with CM tonight 7 see if that makes any difference. Really peculiar problem & one I've never heard of before.(insert eerie music hear.)

It's a weird problem,but your'e better off not re-installing or removing patches from CM
without knowing exactly what the problem is first. I think neither of those are going to be solutions.

I`ve had these slow pages before. I believe emptying the Trash and a thorough defrag cleared it up for me. Nowadays I change between pilots by using CM11 to load the campaign. This also ensures that the correct date files are activated, essential for WFP.
