Gentlemen, I have a small question;

I bought a Voodoo2 board a while ago for about 20Euros, which made it a pretty good investment;
its a Creative board with 12MB;
I d/l the drivers from Guru3d site and installed the board and drivers;
everything worked well, I can run all games I have installed and everything works just fine;
and this is exactly what I find strange and what makes me think having some 10years of experience in setting up hardware;
it would be nearly the first time that something works without troubles;

so is there anything I have to do, have to look for or have to worry about?

do you guys have or did you have any troubles with a GeF2 (GTS) Voodoo2 combination?

any feedback would be appreciated

I use a V2 with a TNT2 card on both RB2 and EAW with no adverse effects.

U may want to get the V2 tweek utility tho so u can disable the V2 in direct X mode and keep it just enabled for Glide.

i'm using a gf2 gts w/ a stb voodoo2 12mb card and it seems to work fine so far but i just stuck the old voodoo in

I've been running a Geforce2 and 2 Diamond monster V2s SLI'd for a couple of months,I had a devil of a time getting them to run until I got some Athlon specific drivers for them.The only other thing was trying to get EAW to run using the Geforce for D3D.It always chose the V2 for D3D.Then I found a setting in the main EAW ini that fixed it.

Now everything runs sweet as a nut

it just seemed sooo impossible to me that this combination worked fine without any major damage to my system-so I simply had to ask that question;

where did you get those Athlon-specific drivers?
I use the ones from Guru3D´s site and everything works like a charme, but who knows, maybe I could need them sometime;

also, where do I get that Voodoo tweaker?

I got the original files from ArgonV.But have since found this site.

Look for PowerStrip 2.78,its a good allrounder that will tweak all video cards on your system.In fact have a look at some of the other stuff there, its a good site.
