Correct - it contains everything. In fact, you shouldn't add any other patches unless you really, realy know what you are doing.
The only patch you might want is the Promised Lands FX patch -
http://www.wingwalkers.org/jasta1/newplmain4.htm . This adds better smoke, flames etc.
One thing - look for a file called 03229200.DTS (NOT DML! The DML file has the correct name). Rename it to 03228200.DTS. Might save you a couple of DTDs.
