Beery's patches can be used with the Campaign Manager. Can any of the other patches be used without the Campaign Manager. e.g. ROTJ, WF, et cetera?

Campaign Manager is only necessary for patches that update files based on the date. The WFP *HAS* to do this, but most other patches will work fine without using CM - the date based changes just won't happen, but they aren't critical. Patches like RotJ, Beery and Wingstrut (and the new 1918 AW) have a seperate date component you can use if you want to.
