Wonder if anyone knows what kind of frame rate hit some of the various patches take.
Got RB3D Installed with my new Win98se but I'm still on a slow P2,266mhz,128 ram,Voodoo 3,'puter till next month. Also installed Von Tom's CM 2 and am now ready to d/l some of the fine patches out there. Thanks for any suggestions. S....

Salute, scratch!

Your rig sounds like it should be able to handle all of the patches just fine. You got plenty of RAM, plus the Voodoo3 card. Yeah, your processor is on the slow side by today's standards...but if I'm not mistaken I think your RAM (on both your computer and your video card) is more important. Anybody?

I'm no expert on the patches but as I remember, when I first bought RB2 I spent $2500+ to buy a top of the line P2 300mhz 64 mb/ram and a 6.4 gig hd, and a cheap 8 mb/ram agp video card...and it always seemed to work fine on it. With the Voodoo3 card and 128mb of ram it should fly around the livingroom, even with the patches.
