Howdy Pips, At one time out here I watched a Camel fly and at the controls was Jim Appleby. It was a time when the Champlin Fighter Museum flew most of the planes in there. On the WW2 side, the FW190D and the Me 109 when they started them the sound would go through you. SWEET!
On the same day while we watched I had a chance to meet a fellow by the name, Richard Todd, a rare WW1 Camel pilot, and yes he did see the Baron's Red Triplane. Cheers
