Hi,

I've written a new program that makes it real easy to set up Red Baron servers. You don't have to manually edit the rb2server.ini file. Here are some other features:

* Support for multiple servers
* Automatic installation of server files
* Graphic target editor for manual target lists
* Fully annotated rb2server.ini files
* Easy installation
* Full documentation

The program is complete and fully functional and has been tested reasonably well. I would greatly appreciate some others trying it out and providing feedback for improvements and any errors you may find.

I would also appreciate your review of the manual. I have included some tips on server setup and I'm sure that there is a lot more that could be added.
