Hi all,

Anyone know of a basic female model of a civilian, in pants? I'm just getting my feet wet with Oxygen for that kid's mission pack I wrote about recently, and think it would be far, far, far easier to just retexture an existing model than work on my own.

Alternatively, is there a way to just grab one of the game's default female civilians from a particular PBO file? I can't find it, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.

I believe the female civilians are in the O.PBO in the Res/AddOns folder. It's a huge PBO and takes a while to extract, (at least it did with unpbo, winpbo might be much faster). From what I understand nearly all the new content from resistance is within the O.pbo, and the women civilians are a resistance expansion addition.

As for any other existing females for download? The bundeshwar <-sp? German infantry pack includes a female medic.

To unpbo or simply look inside pbo files Pbox seems to me the best choice. The female civilians came with the Resistance Addonpack by BIS. So those girls should be inside the o.pbo.

There was a thread on the official BIS Boards some times ago, which should some female models made from scratch. But these were, eh how can I say, formed and model too realistic. So I don't think the fit in a kids mod.

P.S. Ah, I forgot one thing: There was some kind of japanese action/manga figure mod (with a female hero) a year or so ago. When I'm back home from the office I can search for it Spoons.

Thanks, guys! I did find the female figure I wanted from the O.PBO file....now I just need to learn how to retexture.

By the way, I found a fair number of female models to re-skin, so I'm good to go. An "Amazon" set provided exactly what I'm looking for....once re- skinned for my daughter's game.
