What do you guys use to host? cable?dsl? I have a cable pro connection with 3.5 mbs dl and 300-400+kb upload. I'll join in if I can just give me all the info that I need.

Actually, I don't have the Nam pack yet. I guess I better get that puppy! The funny thing was I was watching TV last night and it was over at 10. I said to myself, "Have to remember to go back online when this is over!"
I did, but I didn't remember why.

Tim & Donny, we normally have a server set up. The guy running it is off on vacation but is suppose to leave it up for us.

Otherwise one of us with cable will host. It will be kind of hard to meet up with out ICQ due to the fact of posting the private IP on a public board

Well what does the guy that usually runs the server have. And if you need my help hosting just tell me on the board and I can get in touch with you on ICQ. I have an old rig I use for hosting mp games so I can have it running 24/7. Again I have a connection better then regualr cable so I think it would be faster. I know that upload on regualr is 100 something mine 384 k advertised by comcast. Well just offering my services so that we can have a nice smooth game.

Well, I've got my OFP running again, without and importantly WITH the Nam mod working. Haven't tried to play with it yet, but I went into the mission editor and had the units and island so I guess it's ok.
I'm setting an alarm for Friday night!!

Tim, I believe our guy running our server also has a highend connection, believe he's some type of IT guru.

Maybe Softball can comment on that end, the more the merrier to host. My rig has lag when too much is going on... Seeing he is out of town for awhile this would help out alot. I'll see if our CO can get in touch with you. You would have to have the Dynamic Range on the server as well.

I believe our current OFP Dedicated Server is about the same maybe a little bit faster. He has 2.5MB+ DL and 768K UL. My home Roadrunner connection is running 3.5MB DL and 384K UL like you, but it is not soley dedicated to OFP, it shares with 3 computers at times. I would not mind testing your connection out with our squad.
