Very helpful thanks. Is anyone else PDF copy have C3 Cargo ship snapshot image on page 35 look kind of psychadelic? I'm not sure if it on fire or it is just a heavily compressed gif image.

yeah - pg 35 got 'blown up' in the convertion from Word - weird!
