Hey Skater, how would you rate the G400 Max when compared to other cards? I know its no powerhouse like a GeForce DDR but would it hang in there? What about when compared to a TNT Ultra?

When you look at sims like Destroyer Command with bumpmapping, you kind of get really interested in wanting those graphics.

The G400 is a good card, but currently, because you really can't tweak it like you can with a TNT2 Ultra or GeForce 256, it's a bit slow.

The G400 is about as fast a TNT2 or TNT2 Ultra if you have the G400 MAX.

However, unlike other cards of it's performance level, it has not come down much in price.
