I have owned a lot of games but the absolute worst is Jane's Fleet
Command. What is with this game? You can hit any vessel half a dozen
times and no result. Yet, whenever the enemy hits you, you're instant
toast.

There is also way too much to take care of at one time. The units at
your disposal seem brain dead, flying right into enemy units, attacking
with inappropriate weapons, etc. I have played this for three weeks,
read other people's comments, and have even modified the doctrines with
some add ons and it is still hopeless.

I have yet to read any intelligible technique for playing this thing
successfully.

Hope you can pass this on to others.
