Not really an answer, but I have TIR (bought a year ago), is the new version very much better from your experience?

The new software is much smoother. Excellent, tks for the tipoff.

Mind you, it does stop me turning my head to the backrest which I find rather useful. Ah well. Whilst you can lean left and right and look forwards in BoB, you can't look backwards in the same way..

Bader, fire up regedit, look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Naturalpoint/Naturalpoint/V 3.01GX (or whatever version you have installed)

then look for the 'viewlimiting' key and set its value to 0 - that should reenable the 'dead 6' view \:\)

Please note that the NP application MUST NOT be running while doing this (else it promptly resets your change)
