Just to clarified, the version that I liked is the FREE download one - previous hosted in comhen.se (now dasactivated).

A printed one, revised and expanded, sold in web sites and book stores, is that have coopyrights.

Yes, Sokol1 is right, i knew the book for a long time - the free version was officially free, and promoted by the author himself.
