Is the management side of it boring? Gameplay repetitive? I'm still vaguely on the fence but leaning towards a no unless it hits a sale and maybe not even then

Same. I've had some spare money burning a hole in my steam wallet for a bit and can't find one game to pull the trigger on. I really still want something naval but...i just can't find that game to scratch my itch.
