DANG! Totally unexpected! Totally excited!
Some people are born stupid. I've had to work hard my whole life to get this way. I'm proud of the job I've done

That small mention of Windows 10 is on the XBOX website too so who knows. Hopefully it's only "exclusive" as far as which console has it, and it's not coming out years later on PC like Halo. I remember waiting for Halo patiently for PC for several years then pretty much at the last minute MS bought the rights, stuck it on Xbox then it took several years to come out on PC.

I watched the trailer and I was blown away! That scenery is almost as good as WOFF/WOTR! Music isn't up to Mr. Milne's, though.
I wonder if it will retain all the flexibility of he original, though - there's still a whole constellation of developers around their last flavor. I have a nice setup. Haven't flown it in forever. It's all I can do to squeeze in a quick flight in WOFF. Tried my WOTR installation once, gotta get my joystick, etc, calibrated. Life is far to busy, just far too busy. I've hardly had time to stop by here.
But I'm with JimBobb, as I've said before - If our devs can do this good with the ancient CFS3 code, can you imagine what they'd do with code that was low-level optimized to modern hardware? You'd be able to count the fleas on the Red Baron's dog!
Best to All!
Box: Win7 Pro 64 bit / I72600K @4.1 GHz / EVGA GTX1080Ti/ 16GB RAM / Corsair 240 GB SSD / WD 600 GB Velociraptor / 1050W Power FS Stuff: Saitek X52 Pro Stick/Throttle & Combat Rudder Pedals, TrackIR 5 Sims: FSX Gold, REX 2.0 OD, UTX-NA, FSGenesis 10m mesh/ CFS3 ETO 1.40/Wings Over Flanders Fields BH&H2 (more gorgeous than ever!) Proud BOC inductee 4/30/12!

Site has been updated - will be on Windows 10. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/microsoft-flight-simulator https://fsi.microsoftstudios.com/ While this is not the moment to answer every question being asked, we do want to take the opportunity to answer a few important ones: We are making Microsoft Flight Simulator. Emphasis on the word SIMULATOR. Designed for PC, optimized for multiplatform support (e.g. Xbox).
